Picking our new pup from the litter was no easy task!
The 3 boys that were up for a new home are adorable. We saw that the smallest was pushed around, so he became the winner. The Underdog is the "Boogie" of our home.

BULLDOGS FOR A NEW LOVE

Ken & I, are Bulldog lovers. After "Boogar" left us in 2003 we were waiting for the right moment for a pup to move in.

We decided that March of 2005 was the time to begin looking for 2 new bulldog puppies to create a new world for us!

Chuck and Michael were so destined to bring happiness back into our lives.

Michael had found a bulldog breeder at a local bulldog event in Golden Hills. And after communicating with the owner, Susan at Classic K-9 in Kelseyville, CA, we were introduced with the plan by Michael and Charles to fly to San Francisco and check out the partial litter which was available.

When we arrived we were excited. The thrill of new bullies has been on our minds for the past couple of years...and the time has now come.

Michael and Charles drove us on a incredibly beautiful drive to Kelseyville, CA to the front door of the kennel. On entering the kennel we spotted the pups resting on Monae, who is Susan's best friend and fellow-kennel owner. I immediately went ape-shit with the camera and felt as though part of our new home was right in front of us.

Two of the pups that were available for viewing were brother and sister.

"Cookie" is their Mom and their Pop is "Westley" - they were in the same room waiting and anxious to see their pups being adored...I am sure.

 

We made the decision that the female was the choice for our new girl. She was very fond of Ken as you will see on her upcoming page.
